When users plan a trip, they’re bombarded with endless hotel options, itinerary ideas, and conflicting online reviews. They don’t always have time to compare everything or know which sources to trust.
That’s where Tripedeo comes in—a platform connecting travelers with expert travel agents for personalized advice.
The Challenge
✈️ Users weren’t sure how Tripedeo worked—Was it a booking platform? A travel blog?
✈️ Finding the right travel agent felt complicated—too many steps, not enough guidance.
✈️ The design lacked trust—people needed to feel they were in good hands.

I focused on three key areas to improve the experience:

2. Building Trust Through Design
🎨 Created a clean UI—better colors, real travel imagery, and clear typography.

📖 Showcased success stories, so new users could see how others benefited.
3. Mobile-First, Hassle-Free Experience
📱 Optimized for mobile, since most travelers browse on their phones.
⚡ Simplified the chat & booking interface—users could ask for recommendations in seconds.
🔄 Ensured consistency across web & mobile, so users had a seamless experience.
